Northern Europe

Lands of the Vikings, rich in history and unique traditions. Magical places that still keep a soul made of slow rhythms and a love of nature, simplicity and human-scale spaces — alongside cosmopolitan cities at the forefront of art, culture and urban design.

The four countries are different but closely related, and share a way of life built around the outdoors, trust and equality.

The school system

The Nordic school system has long stood out for the excellence of an education built on active participation and student responsibility — the Swedish method above all is studied worldwide.

You typically take five to seven subjects taught in the local language, and the school day runs from 8:00 to 15:00.

Info

Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark offer one of the most admired education systems in the world, in a setting of unspoilt nature and forward-looking cities.

You'll be hosted by a local family and follow the participatory life of a Nordic school. If you are 16 to 18 and want to discover Scandinavia, get in touch to find out more.

What they say about us

Just home, on the sofa watching my favourite series, I get a call from my host mum: she'll be back late because of a work problem, and asks me to make something for dinner — it's all in the fridge, she says. Panic! It was an important task and I wanted to do well. I still don't know how, but when she arrived it was all ready — and it was the best dinner of my life, the first meal I'd ever cooked entirely on my own.
